A day at the camp might look like this. After breakfast settles,(we supply Breakfast and Dinner each day Prepared by our chefs) we will take you on either a training paddle, pre-race course paddle, destination paddle, or a beach workout & swim. Other activities might include, hiking, snorkeling, or just checking out the island. Lunch time, there are three places where you can eat which are walking distance, about 200 yards, to either Sharks Cove Grill, Pupkea Grill, or Food Land Deli & Coffee bean. Afterwards you have the option of relaxing, hitting the beach, exploring, or going on another work out with us. At dinner-time we will all get together for a great meal, and talk story, "Hawaii Style". Included are 2 healthy meals a day, Breakfast & Dinner.
Although we provide the basic structure for the day, all activities, of course, are optional, and you will have plenty of free time. You can use our bicycles and go exploring yourself along our 3 mile long beautiful bike path that starts right across the street from Camp YOLO and stretches past Sunset beach, check out the Polynesian culture center in Laie, or explore historic Haleiwa town close by.
Allow us to pick you up from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) and take you on a 45 minute drive to the beautiful North Shore, home to the most famous surf spots in the world during our winter months. In the summer the North Shore turns into a gigantic swimming pool with light breeze down wind runs that make it the absolute perfect spot for Camp YOLOboard Hawaii!
"The learning curve with SUP is so fast, it's just awesome to watch. You can continue to challenge yourself as you improve by trying new performance orientated boards"
